Campus life with a unique perspective – you
Imagine a place your child looks forward to going every day, where they fit in, and where they can excel and create lasting friendships. Imagine teachers who listen carefully and without bias to a student’s thoughts, frustrations and ideas. Imagine customized lesson plans delivered by instructors at a pace that best suits a student’s level of understanding. At Halstrom Academy, our middle school and high school students are acknowledged and supported for their own unique personalities. We understand that some students struggle with the academic environment. Some may have learning challenges or social anxieties. Halstrom is unlike other schools, because we work with each student one-to-one, so they can learn at their own capacity and pace. This is not your traditional teaching environment.
Halstrom Academy is Growing
Halstrom Academy has 15 campuses throughout California, and we will soon bring our unique learning environments to more neighborhoods. We have multiple campuses in the San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay areas. We pride ourselves on creating a convenient and comfortable environment, where our students can learn, grow and thrive. Our campuses are here to help foster academic and social success and a positive school experience for students and parents.
The Halstrom Academy team is comprised of education-focused professionals who have your child’s best interests at heart. We work together to bring students an innovative, one-to-one education in a safe, nurturing, and socially engaging environment. We strive to give your child the best possible preparation for college and adult life long after Halstrom.
Online OptionsLearning Anywhere, Anytime
Halstrom Online makes it possible for any student to receive high-quality one-to-one education anywhere in the world. While many institutions offer online correspondence programs, you will not find one-to-one teaching with a real teacher on the other end of a computer screen anywhere else. Through real-time interaction between student and teacher, using the internet or videoconferencing, each student can experience distance learning with a personal touch.
