Woodland Hills

Imagine an alternative school built around your way of learning, your lifestyle and your goals…

At Halstrom Academy Woodland Hills, students find an energized, supportive learning environment in a modern campus conveniently located to nearby restaurants and shopping. The diverse student body includes many athletes and actors who find the flexible scheduling options beneficial, and others who value the 1:1 instruction that allows them to learn at their own pace. The campus common area includes a wall painted with “Idea paint” where students can use markers to be creative, think visually, and share ideas with one another.

Outside the classrooms, there are three designated student areas where students can do their homework, get help from teachers, and socialize with friends.homeschool_enhancement_IS_614 Halstrom offers many opportunities for students to make friends and socialize including the leadership club, yearbook club, numerous field trips and volunteer opportunities where our students enjoy school-life outside of the classroom.
